Presentación

El grupo de investigación Actualing de la Facultad de Filología recibió durante tres meses en el año 2012 al Dr. Lachlan Mackenzie, en el marco de la convocatoria del  Vicerrectorado de Investigación de la UNED y el Banco de Santander  para investigadores internacionales de prestigio. Entre sus actividades previstas destacamos este ciclo de conferencias y seminarios a los que están invitados los alumnos de Máster, Doctorado, jóvenes investigadores y profesores interesados.

·       Honorary Professor of Functional Linguistics, VU University Amsterdam (Netherlands)
·       Director of Research, Faculty of Arts, VU University Amsterdam (Netherlands) (2001-2004)
·       Expert for the Executive Agency for Culture, Education and the Audiovisual (EACEA), which advises the European Commission in Brussels; Lead Expert for TEMPUS.
·       Advisor/assessor for the Faculty of Arts at the University of Antwerp, the Université Libre de Bruxelles (Belgium) and consultor for the Universities of Hong Kong and of Salzburg (Austria) as well as the Qatari National Research Fund.
